Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional establishment. Me and my 3 bowling partners have been bowling for many years and have never had more worse experiences than at this bowling alley. We had chosen this bowling alley for our new season of bowling, and only after a couple of weeks we are picking up and leaving this place due the extremely rude and unaccommodating staff. First of all the attitudes of the employees are disrespectful, everything you ask is met with hostility and seems as if we are bothering them to try and either spend more money on games. or buying from there already limited concessions. (Which closes a whole hour before the bowling alley). Second of all, me and my group like to bowl at a fast pace in order to stay warm and in the groove. In order to do that we request to play league style. Which at any other establishment is no problem. And we completely understand if the place is packed, then obviously we will not do it. Or if we are playing league style and it gets busy we have no problem going back to one lane. As soon as we walked in this week we were told absolutely not to league bowling even tho there was 2 lanes being used. And when we asked why he stated âwe just canât do thatâ. Then Half way thru the night we ask again and was told we are being difficult. After 4 hours of bowling and absolutely no one else in there we asked again and was told the owner said no more league bowling and told not to ask again. That is the final straw for us. We are going else where with our business and highly recommend that anyone that is serious about bowling...
Read moreHeads up, this is a small, old bowling alley with no modern updates. My husband and I came here for a date night. We originally bought two games with shoes. The first issue we had was adding a second player to the game. The man behind the shoe counter said it was a user issue that happens all the time but I know I made no mistake, it was actually on their end. Especially when I saw it happen to the person next to us too and they also made no mistake. Then we had another issue where we had to reset the pins. The next complaint is that the walking area just before the black line was very slippery which it shouldnât be. Made for a very cautious bowl as we did not want to hurt ourselves. Our biggest complaint is with the staff. We were having fun so we bought another game but it didnât start the game right after. My husband then went to the man behind the shoe counter and notified him of our issue. He accused us of not paying saying heâd let it slide. This bowling alleys staff tried to stiff us out of our money saying we didnât pay for it when we actually paid in cash. This put such a very bad taste in our mouth that we probably would consider another bowling alley. This incident is a huge red flag considering itâs probably one of the smallest bowling alleyâs Iâve ever been to. If youâre in this establishment, get receipts because their staff doesnât know how to do their job right. After reading other reviews of this place we realize this is a common complaint of rude staff. Iâm surprised they are still in business...
Read moreWhere do i start. We are a nice group of men trying to practice this sport of bowling. We bowl regularly once or twice every single week. We thought we had found a nice place to bowl weekly. Boy were we wrong. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. All we requested was that we could bowl league style politely which they refused because they were âbusyâ when there were 11 lanes open at the time. Which we didnât make a huge deal of, but then a group next to us was permitted to bowl league style after we had been refused multiple times. Anytime we bought from the concessions we were treated as if we were bothering them or an inconvenience to them. A friend of mine showed up late and wanted to bowl with us and they made the biggest deal about adding him and said it was âtoo lateâ even though it was very easy to add him after we asked several times why we couldnât add him to which we were never given a clear answer. The rude man at the counter was ignorantly tapping the card reader when paying as if rushing us when there was nobody in line. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere, and suggest anyone reading this...
