Ali J Boutique — Local services in New London

Very disappointed. Primarily with the employee that helped me, The concept of this boutique is fabulous and I was excited to visit.. But clearly, the sales lady isn’t on the same page as the owner. Please do not address your customers as “dearie” or “sweetie”. This is such an immediate turn off for me. I did not feel I was “heard” in my preferences. Nor did the employee follow the “rules” that are clearly displayed in every dressing room. The poor customer service I received was not at all what I expected after viewing their videos and reading their positive messages. Clothing was pleasantly displayed and cute enough.
