Having my haircut at a salon rather than at my usual barber shop was certainly going to be a different experience for me (its been nearly 20 years since my last Salon visit). Kenzie colored my Grey roots and gave me an all over color that is so pretty for the winter season. My hair is super thick & course so she thinned it out and that made a noticeable difference. Now when I run my fingers through my hair it is soft and no snarls. I also appreciated the hot washcloth she used to massage my skin which was soothing.
