Old New Orleans Rum — Local services in New Orleans

Please do not make a reservation for this tour. My friends and I booked a tour two weeks in advance and paid $150 during the time of booking. We received two confirmation emails and were excited about the rum tour. When we arrived to the site, the front desk worker informed us that they are currently not doing tours due to COVID-19 and a lot of people have been coming in for tours. Being in a pandemic and not being able to operate is totally understandable but it's the lack of communication and customer service that's concerning and the issue. This business took my money and allowed me to reserve a spot for a service they could not provide. I am currently being issued a refund but it doesn't take away the fact that we all paid a $60 Uber fee there and back to have a bad experience. Went here January 2020 and had a great experience with Bob! When booking for the tour, we didn't realize we would be the only couple there. The Uber driver didn't even want to leave us there because of the location (lol). It was football Sunday. I learned so much about the process of how they make it. Lots of great samples!
