2nd Review 10/13/2024: here I am again. I should have read my old review. The manager (she took my payment) was outside chilling with her boo when I went to the drive thru. Car all parked in front of the door. So, I decided to go through the drive thru. I just don't like a lot of foolishness when I go places. Their postures looked like it was a bunch of foolishness. There was one person ahead of me in the kiosk and it seemed a bit before their order was taken. When I got there I could barely hear the person. We really need to train folks on using microphones or we need to get a better system, not sure which was the issue here. So, there were 2 cars ahead of me in the payment line. The one at the top of the line seemed like it took forever to get their order. Honestly, I didn't see a bag go out the door. The 2nd car got their food immediately. I got my food in an acceptable amount of time. I did here as I drove up the manager say "drop onion rings". I don't care for onion rings, but I ordered the Wednesday's special with the purple bun and onion rings and bottle of water. The manager who was outside took my money. Some other thin associate handed me my food without saying a word. I'm empathetic to bringing your authentic space to the workplace and feeling how you feel, but I am also uncomfortable spending my money in unwelcoming places. Depending on the pay I might hand someone their food without saying a word too. So, I looked in the bag and checked everything and all was there including the exact amount of churros. Well, I thought all was there. I saw a couple of fries in the onion ring box and I thought nothing of it, because it happens, I'm not a monster. When I arrived home and started eating my food half of the onion ring box turned out to be fries. Whopper was okay. Just tasteless with too much ketchup and mayonnaise. Lame is beyond what this place is. Let the customer decide or communicate the change to the customer. This get over thing is wild. In all honesty I thank you, my fat tail should have gone home and cooked the asparagus.
Old 7 year Review...I ordered a chicken sandwich and it took 11 minutes to get to me. I was in the drive-thru and I waited at the first window 5 minutes then I pulled up to the 2nd window and the person told me to pull around the corner.    Read moreNO STARS. I'M DONE GIVING THIS PLACE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. Jesus. Slow AF drive-thru. Sat there for more than 20 minutes. I give my order she totals it before I finish. I get her attention again, she sighs like she is pissed because I'm trying to finish the damn order. I get to the window, she doesn't have the right total and the order is wrong. She fixes the order or so I thought,go to the next window where the other girl reads the order to me. Still had to ask for the rest of my order. I get home. The whole order is cold. My double whopper had a old patty on the bottom and a raw one on top (it was completely wrong...I paid for damn bacon but got extra mayonnaise and effing tomato). I got a old-ass dried out chicken sandwich and a large onion ring that was half full. Putting an ass-load of mayonnaise and ketchup doesn't hide old dried out food or raw food. They are always out of stuff and they don't wait for you to tell them how you want the nasty cold food made. You try to tell them and they STILL make it the way they want. I'm allergic to tomato and I asked for none but I guess that sounds like "put extra tomato and ketchup on my sandwiches" because that's exactly what I got. Do yourself a favor go down the street to Wendy's, go to Brothers, or go across the street to McDonald's. McDonald's is sometimes out of stock but a least they are pleasant with you and don't act ignorant as hell. I cannot understand how this Burger King is still open. This particular store needs to put in place managers who are no nonsense oriented to handle the unruliness of it's employees. these people ( lower echelon employees ) , have no sense of customer relations, they are slow, disrespectful, inattentive and they just plain don't care how they come across to people (customers). either they need to be re-trained, replaced, suspended or fired to make room for someone else who has better manners than they do and can do the job with dignity and respect. nobody wants to walk into or drive-thru a restaurant where the staff is just plain ghetto and don't care about how you feel after spending your hard earned money there. some of us do work for our money and we work hard to get it and the last thing we need at the end of a hard day at work is to be disrespected by some kid, or trans sexual guy, or manager who doesn't have a clue on how to treat people. I would love to be able to be a patron of this restaurant when it gets to that level but until then, I'll go to the other burger king on the same street a mile away or across the street to Mc Donald's.
