I wouldn't recommend this store deception practice. Reports place to the BBB. David is a lier at this location make sure you follow up on your own warranties if you have any problems. I had a server allergic reaction to a Homestreach couch I bought he stated that he called the sells representative and said he told Mary's that they were responsible for what I was allergic too. After a very lengthy back and forth homestreach has stated David has never contacted them about anything. Now I've got a couch sitting for years now in storage that can't be used and I'm scared to let anyone buy it that what ever is on it could cause someone else issue. 3.5 stories of just about everything! We were greeted by friendly staff. They asked if we were looking for anything particular, and explained the layout of the 3 floors. They didn't hover, or pressure us, but stayed available for questions. A couple months back I purchased a very nice wooden file cabinet , was suppose to be the last one . They rolled it to the back to be wrapped, when they loaded it I never thought to unwrap an look , it was not the one I looked at , it had dark colorations and the drawers stuck an / or would not close well , the wrapping smelled like stink bugs.
