My Daughter & I went to the Academy & got hair cuts & Color & love it they are very nice & if they are wondering about my hair texture for instance the instructor was right there to call on & Sandra even came over & checked on everyone & said hi of course because I've lived in this town for many years & They are the Best at what they do I use to go to her salon next door & the one before they moved & she's knows I go to her Academy because its very Affordable & they are as good as it gets, they are very professional & they always have the best product's to use on my hair & it feels Amazing & We looked like we had been at a High End Salon like going to Sandra's just hers. I highly Recommend taking your family to the Academy & see for yourself you won't be Disappointed that's for sure. I Love The Academy oh & they do Nails & have a Makeup artist & spa & Tanning. I know My Family Loves going there. I Love Sandra's Salon as well She's the owner & very Professional & I've never had a problem or a bad Experience in all the years I went to her that's why I went to her Academy because I knew it would be nothing but the Finest Quality in Care & Products that they use & most importantly The Professionals Teaching Students to be Very Proficient who Treat you Professionally & with Respect & Kindness & They do an Excellent Job because this is their Future Career of choice thats why they do their Best.The Owner makes sure she has the Best Instructor's to Create more jobs & Futures for these Students & for the Community. This school is amazing. The staff, the teachers everybody is very supportive! I never would’ve thought that I would have so many people care about pushing me to reach my goals, never had in mind that there would be teachers that would go above and beyond to help me with every little thing I needed. The support system here is amazing! I came in not knowing where I’d be at with my goals and scared that I would fail to see progress in myself, I’ve seen so much improvement in my work because of the teachers here. I’ve met goals that I never would’ve thought that I could reach in the amount of time that I did. The hands on here is AMAZING I also would’ve never thought that this would be the way that I would learn but I’m glad it is, me having this opportunity is gold to me because I have never seen myself in this place until I got accepted into this schoo! As a former student, this school is not what you are led to believe. Since I’ve been there several instructors have left due to being treated poorly, as students it’s expected that you teach yourself most of the time, they rarely apply safety and infection control unless state board is coming in, we were low on products frequently to where the salon and school would have to borrow from each other, some of the esthetician products were expired but still used on clients. Only a few staff members truly care about you and view you as a person instead of just income. You do NOT get your moneys worth attending this school. There’s a reason why there’s only 6 reviews on this school. You’re better off attending a school in Morristown...
