I have 2 experiences at Beat Street. The first time, I bought a toy here as a birthday present. That toy broke the first time the kid played with it, and when I went back to get an exchange or a refund, I was told I could only get a gift card to the store. Very odd. Fast forward 3 years... I remembered I had that gift card and went back there, but was informed the store stopped accepting them gift cards "5 years ago."...
