Just Food For Dogs — Local services in New Trier Township

Great food but if you’re going to have one person only working and close during the day, have it posted online the hours you are closed. Nothing more upsetting to find out after driving 30 minutes they are on break, now having to wait another 30 minutes. Plus they went at 1:28 not at 1:30. They clearly seen me lol. Doesn’t take long at all to ring up some food, they could’ve seen me then instead of me waiting an entire thirty minutes. Not to mention this is the third time this has happened. It’s not hard to edit your hours online to reflect when break is. No respect for others...

Great food, great store, lovely employees but the food delivery is apparently contracted out to DoorDash which is a surprise and definitely not a good thing. We live very close by and the driver kept texting and calling regarding the delivery. Very annoying and inefficient. And now, as of 11/25/24, the store appears as "temporarily closed" on Google. We are regular customers and we're not notified that this would be happening. So now we have to drive to another store of figure out what to do for our dogs. I had such a great experience here! The lady working the register was so kind and knowledgeable. I came here with my dog on a hot summer day and she not only set out a bowl of water for him, but gave him lots of treats as well. My dog had the time of his life and didn't want to leave lol!
