I’ve been to this store twice, and both times I experienced the same issue. One of the women at the register is consistently rude and unprofessional. The first time, I let it slide, telling myself that everyone has a bad day. But after my second visit, it’s clear this is just how she treats people and that’s unacceptable. The manager seems reasonable and understanding, but the cashier's behavior gives the impression that she owns the place. Cashiers are the face of customer service, and treating customers poorly is a big red flag. It’s honestly disappointing and disgusting to be spoken to with such disrespect. keep in mind my spanish is barely passable. this place is great, a nice lady helped me find things in the store then when I went to check out I couldn't explain that I didn't know the address of the account he asked another lady and we sorted it out she even went out of her way to help me find the specific soda I was looking for and recommended me an alternative.
