2024 Review. I had to write another review because of the success of decorating rooms in my home!! I met w Susan Arann from American & International Designs inc. I explained my goals needing a new look for my living room and kitchen set. She took measurements and a bunch of photographs of the existing conditions. We discussed her vision and ideas that I loved. She took me shopping to four stores keeping note of our favorites. She got quotes for me as she knew I had a budget to keep. We had a lovely lunch to discuss and by the end of our day, we confirmed and ordered thanks to her beautiful “designers eye”. I highly recommend Susan to design your next room/project!!!! We got it done in five hours! She made it easy for me!!

Susan has assisted our family with a number of projects - from space planning to finishes to fabric selection. Susan was able to help us navigate two renovations and she was extremely hands on. She was at every walk though, always had paint samples or drawings to keep things moving, accompanied us on shopping trips, and prepared shopping lists for us to make the selection process easier.

Having an interior designer and space planner with Susan's breadth of experience and contacts makes any renovation - which is bound to bring some stress into your life - much less stressful and more enjoyable. Susan and her team will do virtual presentations so you can shop together...even when you are not together.

Her team is talented and supportive, she gets along so well with contractors and trades, and she has a GREAT perspective on window treatments, having been a Hunter Douglas representative for years.
