Tommy's Meat Market — Local services in New York

This market I have shopped at 9years has truly disappointed me . I lived in Brooklyn and when I left to live in Manhattan ,I still come there to get my monthly meats.However I made a purchase of over 300 dollars worth of meat in cash and somehow . Two meats I unpacked last week chicken wings which smelled sour after thawing and a bag of chicken breast today which also thawed out n smelled so sour smdh ! What upsets me the most is ,I’ve never experienced this and sadly no one has answered a phone call since I’ve been calling to report this matter ! I’m disgusted and afraid that if any meat I thaw out can be potentially spoiled and was already going back when sold !!I really don’t appreciate this but I will definitely continue my encourage that as your raising the prices !!at least make sure the meats are fresh to sell to your consumers. I will no longer travel from manhattan to this establishment to purchase...

They charge 5 cents for the bag they use to put the meat in. What afe supposed to do what out the store with the meat in our hands. It kills me when the stores in your neighborhood is not for your neighborhood. If it wasn't for the people in the neighborhood you wouldn't be successful. I don't like going to this meat shop no more, if the guy that ware the blue head tie not there I always leave and go to the other meat shop this guy serves with peaceful heart the rest of them rush people in a way that you cannot even shop in peace omg I go there happy but...
