terrible front desk service, not only are they rude but they are unresponsive, and seem to mistreat not only their black staff, but black patients as well. my family has used this office and their services for years and have enjoyed each visit to the office, but now the front desk administration is disgusting, you will attempt to call them and they will either not answer, hang the call up, and/or not return your phone calls. they emphasize the use of their patient portal but are also unresponsive there! my child has been in pain for weeks, simply waiting for a response back from this office. unfortunately i don’t have a new pediatrician/family doctor but i am on the search for one now, would highly recommend seeking medical...
