We ordered brand new cabinets from TKO through Stephanie. While we are very happy about the quality of the materials, we have been utterly disappointed by: the installation: the person supposed to install the cabinets did not have the correct tools, nor did he know how to install the cabinets. It was so bad we had to have our contractor use his own people to actually do the work. cabinets: while the quality is excellent, TKO did not transmit proper measurements of 2 cabinets, which had to be manufactured again (addtional 3 week delay). One of them was poorly measured a second time, delaying things by another 2 weeks, then it was still wrong and oir contractor had to tailor it onsite. moldings (on top of the cabinets): incomplete sets were delivered multiple times (4 times total, over 4 months!) after numerous back and forth with Stephanie. the timing: our kitchen delivered 3 weeks late (not the most terrible schedule given on going supply issues), plus the additional delays mentioned above Never once in the process did we get any apology or compensation for all these mistakes. The lack of follow through from Stephanie is striking to a point that nearly 4 months after the set completion date, we have decided to pay our contractor additional funds to fix the remaining.issues.

As a brief summary, if you can use somebody else than TKO, I highly recommend...

Dealt with Stephanie who is absolutely the best. Did our kitchen which came out absolutely spectacular. What was also great is that she was knowledgeable and gave us overall advise when it came down to design, furniture planning and measurements. Even though we hired TKO to only do our cabinets, they spent time with us and assisted with all of the elements including granite, backsplash, floor design, electric and heating. If you want professionalism and headache free process then TKO is your place. I've gone to 3 other places prior to coming to TKO and there was no comparison in precision and...

I’d put a kitchen in every room of my house if it meant Total Kitchen would build them out....
