I will preface this with I have never wrote a bad review in my life. I give this business a negative five star. Don’t waste your time or money! Go to a place that actually cares about the customers. The dress that we purchased for my daughter has gems all over the top portion of the dress. I took the dress out of the bag ( that I paid an extra $7 for) and there was multiple gems ( like 50 gems!) off the dress. As I took the dress out of the bag more of the gems continued to fall off. I called the store and asked what could be done for the dress that was $480 that has not even been worn yet! I received a call back stating that they would take $20 off if I had the dress altered there. Unfortunately, having the dress altered there would not help replace the gems that have fallen off. I asked to get a refund or exchange. I then asked to email the owner pictures of the dress so she could see how bad the dress looked. The owner then offered to mail us gems and we can buy glue and place them on ourselves!! How ridiculous is that??? I need to glue gems back on a brand new dress that we have not even worn yet. I was told it’s an easy fix to glue them back on ( all 50 of them) I would not have spent $480 on a dress if it was going to be DIY . The owner does not care and is an absolute stickler to the no refund or exchange policy. They live and die by this policy. There are no exceptions ( even if the dress is literally falling apart) They will read you the no refund or exchange policy word for word over the phone and on email. It’s extremely disappointing that this store does not stand by the products that they sell. The owner could have easily looked at the pictures of the dress and exchanged the dress. In my journey to Miss USA, I competed for Miss Delaware USA on three separate occasions, each time being welcomed back by staff who remembered my name, gave my desires the utmost care and consideration and quite literally bent over backwards to ensure my happiness. In doing so, I was referred out to the best seamstresses you can find, was provided with the best jewelry, was equipped with the shoes just right for my complexion and ultimately was treated like royalty before a crown ever touched my head.
From every visit over the span of three years, I knew every time I’d step foot into this store, that I was going to be waited on hand and foot, encouraged in my dreams and goals and poured into by the ever-positive love and joy of the staff.
With every opportunity, the store owner, store staff, and store partners had to ensure my satisfaction, at every turn my expectations were exceeded.
From making finding my winning gown as a double zero a breeze as I was always welcomed with a “well search high and low for whatever you need” attitude, to being the same store that created the gown that my forever memory of competing at Miss USA is in, I am forever indebted to the height of service that made working with Cecile over three years a dream that I truly believe was heaven...

They fawned over the other girls and made my niece feel uncomfortable because she is not a size 2. They even stated that "size 00-4 is what's in right now and what we cater to, so that's what we have" which is disgusting. Size 4 and below?? That's it?? Missing out on a big customer base considering most American women are bigger than a four, just saying. The owner was harassing us, and kept asking if we were sure she was gonna fit in things that she fit in perfectly. Regardless, if that's what you have in stock that's what you have, we are not unreasonable. Then we mentioned that we are Jewish and ohhhh boy did the attitude change after that! Giggling in the corner and pointing, Rolled eyes, we were ignored, and she was yelled at for browsing on her own because no one would help. I like to shop local but I would rather give my business to David's bridal if this is the vibe we are going to get from this store. I just think it's highly unprofessional. We won't be back.
