A friend bought her husband a $60 2XL sweatshirt for his birthday. He usually fits a 2XL. It didn’t fit and they wouldn’t take it back without a receipt. She eventually found the receipt and then is was too long after purchasing. Owner wasn’t around to ask about allowing a swap, left the sweatshirt and receipt with clerk. Never got a call from owner about the sweatshirt. After more than a week went back and was told they wouldn’t accept it back. This store has grocery, snacks, surf boards, and incredible selection of wine. Staff is friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are comfy tees and hoodies, hats, and so much more for sale. When I visit this store I feel at home and nothing is more important to me than that (and a great glass of wine to sip while watching the sunset, let's be real). Great store and surf stop. They have excellent boards and is my go to beach store. But, at the ice cream shop one product they have is called the ringer. This includes a donut on the straw of a milkshakes and it seems as every time I go there they never have the donuts.
