Pizza Factory Plum Island — Restaurant in Newbury

We live on the island, excited and hopeful to possibly finally have good quality sub/pizza place but sadly a big - NO! None of us liked the pizza, no taste, hardly any sauce almost dry, and a measly amount of toppings. Pastrami sub had no swiss cheese as ordered, like come on - you screw up a sub order of pastrami and swiss?! Sub was dry, tasted like low quality meat as well as a small portion. Menu has no pricing, like why go through the process of printing menus without this? Menu tells you to use QR code for pricing, yet there was no website connected to it. We're all about supporting local businesses, plus needed a convenient place on the island but now so disappointed. I get they just opened however your first impression has left us uncertain we'll bother giving it a second chance since the taste and quality...

We live on the island and wanted to try out this new pizza place. We were very hopeful and excited. Placed an order for takeout for a cheese pizza and was told it would be about 10 minutes. We got there 15 minutes later and the girl at the counter asked the other employees for our cheese pizza and I heard one of the employees say “oh we gave it to that guy.” They THEN started remaking our pizza since they gave our pizza to someone else and told us it would be another few minutes. No apologies, no offer of a discount, nothing. The pizza doesn’t even taste good. It barely has any flavor, sauce, or cheese. We are VERY dissatisfied. This is a great place, for what i call their famous roastbeef sandwhich. This is like going to your favorite aunt and uncles house for Aunties famous roastbeef sandwhich. Let me tell you why, when entering the store i was greeted with a smile and how can i help you. The atmosphere is friendly, the store is clean and well stocked. After only meeting them for a time or two, they were very accomidating to a not so common a request.
