Called to make an appointment for a broken tooth that prevented sleep and was causing a lot of pain. Told the lady when I called that I would probably need a root canal so I'm told my appointment window would be extend to accommodate, when I show up the dentist does his exam the billing department comes in and gets my signature so they can start charging me, I am then told they do not have time for the procedure, I would've called elsewhere had I been told I would not have the pain addressed that day.. I have been going to this clinic for a while and normally have no complaints this however was not a great experience. Now I get to go a whole week in pain. Wish I would've known this earlier I could've shopped around a bit. Unfortuneatley they've already got me locked into...

Thank you guys for the amazing experience. The First Lady I had I don’t remember her name was pretty rough with the dental floss work really tough on my gums. My gums were pretty tender after that. But, I love Stephanie I get Stephanie for my hygienist every appointment and she’s always so sweet she’s amazing to talk to. Stephanie is the gentlest person I could just fall asleep in her arms. I don’t ever have any problems with her she always remembers her patients and remembers my problem areas and is always careful about them. Her gentle hands always help me to relax and I have no worries while she’s working. I don't like to be the one who complains but newkirk dental does not know how to do fillings correctly myself and my little sister have to have a correction surgery because the dental here have "the fillings are layered on top of each other instead as one"(Edmond dentals words) causing our teeth to crack with a lot of pain my sister was sent to Edmond yesterday where they told us she has 8 teeth needing fixed because of this error instead of the 2 that was said in newkirk because newkirk messed them up so poorly I'm not trying to be the one who makes you look bad but it needs to change because of the errors to save people...
