The dental office is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to the experience I had as a low income individual. They treated me poorly with little to no respect-primarily the front desk woman named Blanca, the CFO made it very difficult for me to qualify for sliding scale services by creating seemingly extra hurdles that I explained I hadn't been told before. Blanca the front desk young woman seems to not know her job, lacks empathy, is rude and has no care for the patient. They told me one thing and told me another after I showed up for my appointment after driving almost 2hrs. Blanca was cruel and unprofessional and not accommodating in the slightest and lacked basic communication skills. So much frustration would have been avoided on my part if she had communicated effectively. I've never been treated this way anywhere. I'm still dumbfounded by the whole experience I had and how they treated me when a health provider and or clinic is supposed to be there to help. When you're already in a financial state of stress and worry- you don't need extra stress, misunderstanding, and worry due to poor communicationan and customer service; let alone disrespect and attitude. This place was a waste of time energy and stress that never should have happened. There is a level of arrogance here, combined with the front desk young woman being cold, cruel and rude, the staff was unprofessional and caddy at times when they thought I didn't notice and very much lacked any common courtesies, kindness or decency-it is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Not even those desperate for services and need help taking care of their health with financial constraints! They very much give off an air that it's more about the money than helping the patient when places like this are funded by grants that are given and meant to help them service low income individual's with respect, some basic kindness and communication skills, especially from your first point of contact the...

I would give them negative stars of I could. In all my 40 plus years alive I have never been treated so horribly then here. The policies of this place is only there to take ur money and not help u at all. U might as well just go to the ER cause they are way more helpful. If u need a real dr. I would go somewhere else. Went in for a rectal bleeding issue at no time was I examined for this just random blood tests done for diabetes not the reason for the visit at all costs me unecessary money. While they hem haud around found a Dr who got right on my issue turns out I have rectal cancer now I'm being treated which is what they should have done.
