Could not be happier with whole experience of purchasing a 2023 Mule. I had shopped all the big stores in Saint Louis area which made this shop stand out even further. I called the night before my purchase not know they were closing in 10 minutes the guy who answered the phone was informative never rushed and answered every question I had even though he had no idea if I was a real buyer or not. My experience has been that mules sell fast so if I want one I should get a deposit down to hold it for me. After 30 minutes on the phone I told them I would be there at open. The next morning we were about 30 minutes late because of construction traffic when we walked in you would had though I was a regular and had been buying there for years no pushy salesman no list of add ons or surprise fees that I had seen at the bigger guys. We made the purchase and they even delivered it 40miles to our home for no charge ( of course we tipped the driver). I will recommend this family business that owns Big River Motorsport hands down above others. If you are smart you will give these guys a shot before you buy. A great small business earning every customers business with service and professionalism the way it was not too long ago and still should be today. Great job Big River Motorsports you have a customer for life.

We visited many dealers in Southern Illinois over the past few weeks and dropped in here while running errands to Vandalia. Left an hour later with EXACTLY the side by side we needed.

The price was unbeatable. The customer service was extraordinary. The attention to detail was beyond any other dealer in the region. This is a family business and it shows! Brayden was absolutely fantastic - he listened to our needs and matched us up perfectly with the Kawasaki model we needed. Not one aspect of the experience was anything short of perfect.

We are so satisfied - our new side by side is getting a few optional features installed tomorrow and then delivered the next day at no cost to our home. And this is just the most remarkable thing - after the deal was done, Big River shared they deliver it to us at no cost... no other dealer offered this.

Friendliness is 5 out of 5 Here are some of the issues we had My girlfriend contacted them and never called her back I asked them to contact her about some questions she had and gave them her number…. Still never contacted her Asked for info on another unit for a friend and never heard from them. Friend contacted them and had to reach out to them multiple times to get a response claimed to be busy…. Both times I was there was on Saturdays and we were pretty much the only customers there. They messed up on one of our papers so we had to go back the next week to sign again. Honest mistake I totally understand. They didn’t even wash the unit before we test drove it nor before we picked it up. 7.Bought a Zforce 950 sport from them and charged for set up (I understand they have to pay someone to put it together) but the machine has less than 4 hours on it and the ROLL CAGE bolts were cross threaded when they put them on and are all loose. Which leads me to worry that there is more that isn’t set up/ put together correctly. Glad I had to pay for a set up that wasn’t even done correctly. See videos...
