I truly recommend Zsmart for your rental needs!! Interest is wayyy better than any furniture rental place there is. I suggest you ask for Lauren. She is SO helpful, so kind, so understanding, so professional, and you can truly tell she takes her job very seriously and that is something you look for while doing business. I recently had a baby and I wasn’t able to return back to work the day I thought I could, I ended up staying out of work for an extra month. I communicated with Lauren and she helped me so much, words can’t even describe honestly. She was so kind and understanding. I couldn’t thank her enough for all her help. Siri found this place for me when I decided that we needed new recliners . Turns out it’s only maybe 6 minutes from my home so we went in . We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable man whose name I can’t remember , but that gentleman and lady by the name of Lauren helped us find exactly what we were looking for and had the transaction completed very quickly , which I always appreciate , and let us set up date where they would deliver to our home at no charge because of how close we live . I will definitely be going back and couldn’t be happier with their service . Only bad thing I can say is they need a big sign to draw attention . We were in desperate need of a new refrigerator during the night ours quit working, with the possibility of losing food, we stopped in at the Niles Zsmart store and immediately received attention, my husband stayed in the truck with our grandson, I was just planning on popping in to see what they had in stock. Well Justin walked and talked with me while I was heading to the door, giving me options, so I went to get my husband and our grandson, we were met with great hospitality and customer service!
