Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Niles

Since they don't have burgers or fries, ordered two chili cheese dog combos and paid extra to get pretzel sticks instead of chips. Also ordered two blizzards. Only received one order of pretzel sticks and when I said but I ordered two combos the response was "yhea." I asked don't I get two orders of pretzel sticks and the answer was no. So I paid extra and they refused to give me what I ordered and paid for on my receipt. The blizzards were half melted and overflowing the cups - complete mess. I agree with others ... something doesn't taste quite right. It almost tasted sour like yogurt instead of ice cream. All the napkins were covered with melted blizzard when they handed it to me so I cleaned them as best I could. How I would have been able to get that home without someone to hold them in the car is beyond me. Definitely not going to be returning. Will be driving further to a DQ that is...

I love Dairy Queen in general, huge fan, dedicated and loyal 100%. This is not a good location. If you're reading this considering going here, please just do yourself a favor and drive the extra 8 minutes to the 11th Street Dairy Queen. The drive thru itself is tiny. The customer service is very very poor.. always a young person who doesn't care at all for their job or know any answers. I ordered the new Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzard for my kiddos and it was a weird melty pudding texture, not at all right. They didn't turn it upside down either because if they did, it would have melted out! Disapointed though. Manager does not know what customer service is. If it's not on the menu then say so, so I know I misunderstand and what food you are deciding to give me instead, without my authorization. It cannot be corporate policy to give a customer something they did not order, I'm sorry to call your bullcrap on that one.
