Milano Take Out Pizza of Niles — Restaurant in Niles Charter Township

They hung up on me bc they couldn’t tell me everything they have to offer on their menu this will result in me filling for revocation of their bbb license they already don’t pay to hold a domain on the web. Their completely rude and customer service was rediculous. To hand up on a customer she just wants to know what your menu is. Well that’s a direct violation with your business license that im not even sure they have at those point. Less than 1 stars who cares if their sausage pizza is good when they managers themselves don’t even know what they can offer you. Unprofessional and completely out of line for a business. Especially when im a business owner myself and have direct communication with the bbb. Don’t order from them let them sink they don’t care about customer satisfaction nor do they even know what they do here. Unfortunately they don’t have a menu you can see online their milanos website always says it’s undergoing maintenance which means they stopped paying for the domain. There’s one picture of the entire menu which are several laminated posters inside their business but when you try to zoom in to read anything it’s automatically pixelated. Their food is great their service is wonderful there are great restaurant but unfortunately without going to the actual location you’ll never know everything the place has to offer bc someone thought a wide view picture of their menus was enough. Their staff needs better communication with each other. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food, was told it would be 45 minutes. Gave the correct address to the guy taking my order over the phone after he read off the wrong one, then apparently he didn’t tell the delivery driver the correct address. After receiving a call from the pizza boy asking my address because he went to the incorrect one, I told him. I then called Milanos to ask what was going on. Spoke to a manager eventually who offered to get the food remade because plenty of time had passed since it was almost dropped at the wrong address, but the pizza boy showed up to my neighbors while on the phone with the manager. She basically said sounds good the pizza boy was here and that was that. I would have preferred the food to be remade. My food was lukewarm and the burrito was hard as a rock on the bottom, the cheese was cold to lukewarm and mooshy. I’ve had better burritos from Taco Bell and better service. With the confusion and waiting for lukewarm food, wouldn’t recommend this place. If the delivery driver is out that long, send him back to milanos instead of allowing customers to...

Pizza here is just sht on a shingle. Crust Flavorless and flat. Sauce tastes like chef boy r d pizza kit sauce. Cheese could be bought from Walmart. Toppings, minimal. Barely taste them or know they were there. I’m leaving a photo of the pizza I received in August of 2018 so you can see for yourself. Also was over charged. I ordered a 16 inch one topping 1/2 & 1/2. Instead of giving me the price of a one topping they charged me .80 cents each side without telling me. When I ordered I asked for the xl pizza “for $11.25” one topping. If they were going to charge extra I should have been informed instead of surprised when I picked up the pizza. Customer service person was a middle aged male. No smile. No offer for a refund of the difference was given when I complained and showed the price of 11.25 on the menu. I was shown the receipt with the over charged prices. I shared the pizza with others who had recently ordered from there and they confirmed that their last pizza had almost zero toppings as well. If I want a crappy pizza I can get one for $5 or $6 from another place. We will not be...
