5 years ago, my husband and I bought a napoleon grill from outdoor home. In that time we have only replaced minor parts and have been pretty happy with our grill. 2 weeks ago (because I was a bad grill owner 😩) my napoleon caught fire. The grease in the grease trap caught fire to be exact. The whole thing was aflame. My husband acted quickly and with the fire extinguisher was able to put it out. We thought for sure that our grill was literally burnt toast. This weekend we pulled it apart, deep cleaned all the parts, and put it back together. Called these guys with questions about smokers. After about 40 minutes I had to go, but the salesman was still educating me. I called back with more questions and the manager, Brandon, took additional time with me talking about their products. Product knowledge and customer service were top notch. In the end, I drove over 2 hours one way to buy my smoker from them. They loaded it and secured it for me, all the while still teaching me about it. I brought in a table top heater that I had won in a contest from work. It wasn't working. The manufacturer told me to go to an authorized dealer. The manager came from the back to have a look. They got it working and showed me the proper way to handle it and what I might have done wrong. Even though I didn't buy it from them they were glad to help out.
