Referrals not sent several times to other Doctors. I would have to call several times just to get a referral sent. When I talked to Bobbi about this she proceeded to tell me that she was tired of dealing with patients with diabetes and chronic pain and she sometimes felt like quitting. I had to sit and listen to a lecture for THEIR mistake. In this same appt she proceeded to tell me that when I had another flare up to come in ( no appt. needed) to get blood work done. She could not do bloodwork that day, because she had already given me a steroid shot and I could not have steroids in my system for 2 weeks. The next flare up I had I called and said I was coming in to get blood drawn…the secretary said I couldn’t do that. I told her what Bobbie had said and she said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. When the secretary called back, she stated that Bobbi said I could not come in to get my blood drawn, but I could come in to get a steroid shot. (Defeats the purpose) I called to report all of this to Monica and she talked to Bobbie. A few days later I was sent a certified letter saying I could not use them as my primary care anymore. So, because I called out THEIR ERRORS I was dismissed. PATIENTS BEWARE!!! I Will not be back. Had labs done, didn’t get call for a week with results of abnormal labs and demanded that I make an appt to see Bobbi rather than just having her pick up the phone to speak to her patient. Referral to specialist was absolutely refused without a second visit. They just milk the insurance for every $ visit and the office staff is very unprofessional if questioned about anything logical. They were adamant that they called and left VM for me cancelling my appt for no reason, when in fact they stated they called another number, and only the week before I was contacted on my correct # with lab results. So the story changes bc they try to cover their butts from their lies. I was told “it’s just the way we do things”.. very unprofessional and medical advice was not sound… will not be back!!!...
