It was great from start to finish. First, I loved that I was able to get a quote through Facebook messenger with no hassle. I also set it up that way without having to call. Phone calls give me a lot of anxiety, so that was perfect for me. I tend to remember things late evening or middle of the night. They were super responsive with my late messages. I was surprised someone was working that late. People who love what they do tend to, so... We got a call when they were on thier way. They were on time. They we super kind with my kids following them around. We were all very interested in how the vent cleaning works. We had Logan and Trayton. They were awesome, very respectful. I have a special needs child who can be annoying to some people. Or just people who have no clue how to interact with him. It by no means tripped either one of these guys up. I'm not even sure they really fully noticed anyway. They went with the flow, and answered all of his questions. They were very efficient, and worked very well with each other. They make a great team. My son (he loves emergency response teams) actually asked them who was the team lead. They both said they were, lol. The whole job was very clean. There was very (and I mean very) minimal dust while they worked. My husband started breathing better just halfway through the job. We have a house full of autoimmune issues and breathing issues, so a company as well as employees that do a very through job while being clean doing it is very important. I really don't think anyone could have done a better job. Thank you for the great work, as well as the kindness and respect shown. While I can not recommend every person at the company since I did not interact with each person there, I highly recommend Logan, Trayton, and whomever was behind the computer messaging me. Based on this, I would take a chance on the other people in the company...
Read morework was ok, I made a comment about notifiying me about a pricing item and immediately an admin tells me what I signed then put a meeting on my calendar to discuss, etc. I responded to the invite and email, but they then did not respond. Overall pricey for what was done and I guess you are not to ask them a question about anything... -I can help with what you should have done: I did not recieve any estimate (of any kind) until you had already begun setting up, so you can give an estimate sooner. I was not informed Friday afternoon was considered an "emergency" charge until again...after set up began...not when speaking to scheduling multiple times that day starting Friday am. So now that was not transparent. One of your own employees told me to even question the charge. So, the answer is give an initial estimate and then final one prior to beginning mobilization. We had a pipe burst this summer, water literally pouring through our ceiling and light fixtures...had no clue what to do, nothing like this has ever happened to us. My husband reached out to a few restoration companies and Bolden's IMMEDIATLY reached out to us (it was 6:30 on a Thursday evening!). They sent Jeremy out the next morning and he took the situation calmly, yet seriously, acted quickly and had us dried out by Tuesday. His team was extremly efficient and respectful of our home and beloved Golden Doodle, Yogi. Throughout this whole process, we had the feeling he was in it to help us and not just take a check, we truly trusted him...he did have our best interest at heart.
