The alterations were done just fine. My complaint is with the “customer service”. So rude each time I interacted with them. In person and on the phone. As if I was bothering her. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you. And the prices were ridiculous. $40 to hem a skirt? Nope.

On my first use of this cleaners, Jackie was very attentive to my articles and any stains. Articles were ready when promised, with an email alert letting me know I could pick-up. Very friendly and a clean business. The second time I took an article (jacket with dairy stains), it had all the stains still on the jacket when I picked it up, although, I had pointed them out when I left it. The item was left for recleaning. The verdict is still out on how this will look after recleaning, but it did mean extra trip...

Process was easy, streamlined, and well-communicated through the app/text. I dropped off and picked up after business hours at the kiosk using the code they provided, and everything was cleaned to perfection. They provided the garment bag, and had easy-to-select options on the kiosk (or you could type specific instructions in as well) for cleaning preferences.
