The Blue Store — Local services in Noonday

AMENDED FROM 2⭐'s TO 1 AFTER ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE. Well I needed fuel because I had to go to work and it was the closest place. The way the staff look at you when you need something from them will remind about how much faith you should have in your fellow man. C'mon, I work with the public 50hrs/wk. I will do all I can so my customers leave satisfied. I great them with a welcome as soon as they are in my lobby. Not just look at them, roll my eyes and walk off and send someone else who has, or pretends to have no clue what I am saying. I know it's not just me but, every time I go in the staff are rude and products are way overpriced. One time I paid for $30.00 for fuel, the girl that barely spoke any English didn't set the pump. So it pumped more than $5.00 over what I paid. Upon noticing it I went back in and paid for the rest. Guess they are lucky that I am honest. Or maybe it's there own way of hustling. The only thing I will get from this place is air....

November 2, 2021. Blue Store burgers went south of excellent when a "meat change" happened. (This critique comes from 25 years worth of eating at Blue Store Burgers) The hamburgers went from excellent to below average.... Was a time when Blue store served excellent hamburgers with fresh ground meat from Sam's. The fresh hamburger patty made for an excellent hamburger. .....NOW... Now, Blue store uses a dry frozen patty. The meat is tough and tastless...more like roughly the taste and texture of cardboard... I promise...Not like it used to be. The great taste is gone. Five of us adults all agreeded on the low quality of our last purchased burgers from Blue store being Nov. 2, 2021. Until such time as Blue store goes back to fresh ground tasty patties from Sam's, my burgers will come from somewhere else. The cooks remain courteous at Blue Store...as slways. Come on Blue Store...you can do better...Have...

I used to go to this store all the time with my grandparents on my way back out to Palestine. They were always so respectful and happy to greet us. It’s sad to see it has now gone to a dump with really rude employees. My friends and I have a shop nearby and every time I go in the fat blonde older lady always stares at me and gets frustrated when I use card or Apple Pay instead of cash. I also walked in 30 minutes before close one day and she said “you’ll need to hurry up, we close soon”. I try my best to be as respectful and polite like I was raised, I always greet her with a smile and a “how are you” just to be met with her snatching my items and giving me a sigh before saying “fine”. This is not how you run a business and maintain customers. I will avoid this gas station now and drive the extra mile or so to the Sunoco. Hopefully they fix whatever they...
