My husband and I went to this location to try the new Jurassic Chomp Blizzard. My husband wanted a burger while we were there so he ordered a burger with cheese and we left the drive-thru. When we got home he realize that the burger did not have any cheese on it we returned to the store to have them rectify the situation. We had to wait in the drive thru and by the time we got to the window the food had already become cold. My husband asked if the burger could be fixed. The worker, Alex, said "I can bring you a piece of cheese." My husband asked if the burger could be remade since it was now cold. She rolled her eyes and took the burger back into the restaurant, which is a violation of health code. After arguing with the cook which we could see through the window, the cook took the burger microwaved it and put a piece of cheese on it. My husband is a recent kidney transplant patient and food safety is very important as he is immunocompromised. By taking a burger that had already left the restaurant back into the restaurant his safety and the food safety of other patrons was compromised. We already have not been happy with the service that Dairy Queen provides nor with the food quality that's provided and this has made us decide that we will not be returning to...
Read moreLa'Niya was on duty when I happened to go get dinner. I was trying to order food and be slow and careful so that everything was correct then she kept rushing me through the order process and was being rude and then I get around to the window she didn't say anything she just opened the window and I handed in my car d then when she's handing me my drinks I ordered a quart of soft serve and I paid for it. However she handed me a pint of ice cream and I was nice and said ma'am this is a pint not a quart and I was trying to be nice because today's generation is different from what we grew up in. She got mad, she huffed and slammed the window shut. So I waited awhile and finally the manager came to the window I did not catch her name she had blonde hair and I was still holding up the pint she gave me and I showed it to her and the manager told her to grab me a quart the manager walked off and the lady came back with my quart and 1 bag of food. She never said a word and she slammed the window and walked off now I bought $70 worth of food, I wasn't sure if my $70 worth of food was crammed all into 1 bag. So I knocked on the window she said yes? And I asked if this was all of my food and she said "yes goodbye get out of my...
Read moreI bought a Superman Cookie dough blizzard at this location Monday 8/4/2025 and paid for extra cookie dough and then watched as the girl at the front told the girl making blizzards that it was the regular amount of cookie dough when asked if it was extra cookie dough. Then lied to my face when I told her I asked for extra! I’m pretty for sure the girl was retaliating and pissed that I asked for the grilled chicken salad I had asked for when I first bought my meal but she put me down as a having bought a crispy chicken salad. Never repeated back to me what she typed in or asked me if I wanted all the toppings. Just quietly put it in and let me pay for it. I just want what I paid for yet got treated like I was stupid.
This is honestly abhorrent! I paid extra money for extra cookie dough and then received LESS. Not to mention, when I got home and finally started to eat the blizzard, I found it was filled with chocolate chip cookie dough and not sugar cookie dough. It also had a bit of a peanut butter taste as well. I’m just thankful I’m not allergic to peanuts or anything. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had here! I tried using the DQ TX app to report my horrible experience but never received a reply so I’m...
