Hiland Dairy Ice Cream — Local services in Norfolk

Tried the Turtle Sundae brand of Hiland Premium Ice Cream. Being an ice cream fanatic from Texas, I had never heard of or come across Hiland ice cream. After tasting it, I now know I've been deprived of some of the best ice cream ever to be made. I put it up there with my favorite Cherry Garcia. The ice cream was the perfect consistency and creamy, not too salty and not too sweet. But the ingredients were the highlight. The caramel filled Turtles had a perfect thin crisp light chocolate shell and just the right amount of filling combined with the crunchy and savory pralines. I just came here to pick up a loaded trailer but ended finding a new favorite ice cream. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out in stores...
