Depends on the person on the counter I guess, and I did "NOT" get a good one the last 2 times I was there. You know there's a problem when the counter person is holding. "YOUR LICENSE" and asks, "What relation are you (to the prescription holder)?" Stood in line with 6-8 people for 15 mins,and the first 3 in front of me have problems with their order. And with mine when it's my turn! What surprises me is that nothing even phases the pharmacist's that were there "that day." Dont get me wrong. I've had good experiences before, but these last couple times, left a real bad taste...

Then a helpful Pharmacist found and filled an older 'script! Then payment on file would not work for auto-pay. A patient Pharm Tech didn't give up then found a way to make it work! Pharmacy Online App: 0 stars. Have tried for weeks to set up auto-pay and/or Fed-Ex (or mail) delivery but still not sure if it will work now.    Read moreI spend 4 hrs on the phone with media care .. they instructed me to use my old number .. and that the pharmacy has the number to verify the name and acct ... their workers dont want to do their job including the boss their the actual pharmacist... that have the number I dont ... they are the only ones that can do this and yet they refuse to do it .. this by far the worse employees I have ever seen ... they all should loose their jobs ... if I was able to give them a negative 10...
