I had two appointments scheduled for back to school haircuts for my children 3:10 and 4:25 I believe was the second. We arrived and when driving by the shop it looked dark but I was assumingbit may be window tints or something. I dropped the boys in front of the shop so I can swing around the corner and park. When I walked around front of the establishment it was closed completely. I attempted to call the phone number and received no response. I left a message and received no call back. It was very discourteous and inconvenient. My sons are in highschool and they didn't ask for much to prepare for this year due to our circumstances but they did request haircuts. The availability on the site, allowing someone to book and not having the decency to be there or cancel prior to is awful. It was my first and last time booking with this facility. If 0 stars was an option I'd have given the 0. Noted that business hours state Mon-Fri until 6 pm so I truly was very confused as to why they were closed no notice. Booked an appointment with John for a fade and a beard trim and was incredibly satisfied with my experience. The guys are friendly and enjoy banter while cutting hair. John made sure to take his time, using precision and skill while shaping my two years of massive beard growth. My fade was on point and he faded my beard as well.
