I spend between 10 and 20 dollars at this particular establishment every single day, sometimes multiple times a day and, aside from may one individual with a bad attitude or the occasional accidental mess up from a new hire, have never had any problem. I always go into the dining room to order because I like my blizzard with chocolate ice cream an extra cheesecake (simple enough right?) I pay $3 extra every time with no problem to have it this way. But tonight I got behind and didn't make it in time for the dining room and had to go through drive through where I was told, very rudely, that they couldn't make it. And after telling her that I come here and have it made like this literally EVERY SINGLE DAY the girl proceeds to tell me with an attitude that her general manner said they can't do it anymore. I've never seen a place treat such a loyal customer like that. But I have no problem taking all that money to herminie Dairy Queen instead since they at least appreciate the business. Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. When you call to complain about the food they forgot to put in your bag they first tell you your a lier, then they hang up on you. Then when you call back and ask for a manager you get greeted with " I am a manager. You weren't hung up on. Where are you in your car? I had 2 girls here check your bag all your food was in it you're lying". Pretty sure I wouldn't be lying about spending almost $40 on food and missing a kids meal but 👌.
