The tilted tulip floral boutique — Local services in North Belle Vernon

Ordered prom corsages that were to be identical with only different bows. Was told they would be roses. Received 2 corsages that did not have identical matching flowers. Also asked for them to be whispy they looked like buttons no fillers of any kind. Excuse from the shop "flower shortage" I did not see flower shortage in the prom bouquets they posted on their facebook page. In regards to reply below: 1. I did not order last minute I called 3 weeks beforehand and asked if they were still taking orders and was told they were. True other florist in the area were booked up. 2. Then just WOW defamation of a popular florist on the same street as her and trying to pass it off as something I said. I would never! 3. They did have the wrong address and called me. I had to go out in the rain and flag her down she handed me the items and drove off. I am sure I did not give the wrong address I have lived there for 12 years. They reversed the numbers. 4. I did not send a nasty email I sent one telling the shop how disappointed I was and that I did not receive what I ordered! And 5. I never asked anyone to make an exception and help me. I knew several shops were booked up . I called 1 other florist on the same street who was booked then I called her and they said they were still taking orders. Sadly if she would have even offered me a sincere and honest apology I would not have written this review! First bad review I have ever written! Found out the shop is not Better Business Bureau approved. This is something I will look for...

I needed 2 last minute boutonnières and corsages for my kids fall ball dance tonight and called yesterday everywhere I can think of to see if anyone would help me, no one who I normally use would! I didn’t know what I was gonna do major mom fail on my part! So I googled florists nearby and the tilted tulip floral boutique came up so I called, explained the situation and not only did she make all 4 for me, she also had them delivered to me house the very next day! With such short notice I didn’t think I would be able to get them made but the owner answered the phone and was more then willing to help me out! We ordered a vase bouquet for a family funeral. We were looking for something contemporary and modern, but with a natural wildflower appearance to the arrangement. The design that was created was everything we had hoped for and more. Lori worked within our color palette and made it look so special. The glass vase chosen was unique and beautiful. We appreciated how our requests were honored and she offered additional suggestions. As a result, she exceeded our expectations. A photo was texted to me after the arrangement was delivered, but it was even more impressive in person.
