My Dogs Love Wag N Splash and So Do I! In March 2012 my golden retriever mix, Sadie suffered an injury to her back right ACL that required surgery. Following the surgery, she continued to have problems with pain and not wanting to bear weight on the leg. This is when I began my search for a place that offered water therapy for dogs and when I found Wag N Splash. We began going in April 2012 and from the moment we walked in the door, Emily and Molly have been amazing! Sadie was scared at first but after the 4th visit she began to enjoy the water. Each week, Emily and Molly worked with her and she continued to get better and better. After the 3rd month she was back to herself, walking without a limp and enjoying her pool time. Also, during this time, my pit-lab mix Wrigley would go watch his sister but only stand on the deck edge. We have continued our weekly visits and will be starting to go twice a week starting in the fall. Take your pups to Wag N Splash for therapy or just for fun. They will love it and...
Read moreOur vet recommended pool time for our largest dog to exercise some of the pressure on her hips. Emailing to schedule yields a denial of online coordination to schedule an appointment and instead refers to call/leave a message on the voice mail - completing a full circle of frustration. Emily appears to be the owner but describing these issues falls on deaf ears with her and her simple response is 'call and we will get back to you'. Again, several days and in one instance up to 3 weeks for a return response indicates that business or customer service is not high on this location's totem pole. ...
Read moreMolly was an amazing host and provided excellent service. My fiancé and I wanted to do something with our one year old Boykin spaniel on vacation and this was an incredible experience. We signed up for a half hour swim and Molly even let us join our pup in the pool. Molly anticipated our arrival and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Checking in only consisted of filling out a quick form and we we began our swim session. Molly provided everything we needed including toys, a life vest for the pup, and was kind enough to take a few pictures. The pool was less heated than anticipated, although I was comfortable enough to stay in for around 20 minutes. This was an excellent value and I would absolutely return....
