This NEX is a pleasant place to shop. I go there often to eat, make quick purchases, and get haircuts. It’s a reliable and convenient store and has quality clothing, electronics, shoes, and accessories that make browsing and/or shopping enjoyable.
Now, the reason I give this particular NEX a 4 star and not a 5 is due to a recent experience I had there. I received a haircut and though the lady who cut my hair did a satisfactory job, I was made uncomfortable and annoyed by the comments and questions she made regarding my hair (hinting at its texture) and the rough and frustrated manner in which she cut my hair. Read moreMy husband came in asked where the class six was. And the Chinese woman who checks Ids was very rude and didn't know what we were talking about , so my husband asked the lady at register 2. She was also very rude. She was worst than the lady who checked the i.ds. then when we walked back inside they were talking about us and giving us dirty looks. I had my 4 year old with me. Who acts like that. My husband has been in the army for 16 years now and we have never out of all the bases we've been too never been treated with that much disrespect. Also if you work for a military exchange you should know the name and terms for all the branches....
Read moreNo retirees, dependents, or veterans allowed. I understand the veterans, retirees, and some dependents. But not allowing a dependent of an active duty in, seriously! Yes, make dependents go out in town in a non-controlled environment to get what they need and increase our chances of getting covid. Dependent gets covid and guess what happens. I m no scientist but it increases the chances of service members getting covid. Dependent gets covid, exposure to sponsor, sponsor could expose it further to fellow co-workers. Now you got a whole department closed because they are waiting on their test results....
