Boom Boss Fireworks — Local services in North East Township

I used to go Phantom across the street years ago and switched to Sky King, specifically this location now for 4 years. I couldn't be happier that I made the switch. Jake the manager spent nearly 2 hours with me helping me figure out what I wanted and gave me some really great ideas for my show this year. I never felt rushed and every employee was kind and courteous. You can really tell the employees love what they do and are happy to help with anything. When Jake was helping me, I even saw one of the customers taking a rag and wiping down the bottom of the already cleaned shelves. Everything is spotless, organized, and I can't think of any reason why someone would want to go elsewhere. These guys deserve 5 huge heavy solid 24k gold stars. I will be happy to be back next year! Very intimidating. There is just such a wide selection. If you don't k ow what you're doing or haven't purchased fireworks before it can overwhelm you very easily. Luckily they have outstanding sales associates who are knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Do not hesitate to walk up and ask them questions if they haven't already asked if they can help you. Everything in the store is "buy one get one" at the very least and some are buy one get two. From my understanding, you can just say it is half priced and you don't need to get two. That part was a little confusing at the register. They were quick to point out that the items I had one of were buy one get one bit I didn't want two so they should be half priced (based on what an assoyon the floor told me). Jake was awesome at explaining and promoting their products. The ones they did not have in stock, he offered excellent suggestions on replacements. He was knowledgeable of all the fireworks and his recommendations were great. After a visit to a nearby store, I realized that Sky King Fireworks is the place to go. Jake also offered the buy one get two for $.99 deals but he did not put any pressure on me to buy them, but helped me realize they were a great deal.
