Bills automotive in Wheatfield Indiana. I took my car there with a check engine light on, they said they’ll check it. I thought I would get a phone call to tell me what’s wrong with the car and what needs to be done. I never received a phone call but they went ahead and changed a filter and charged me $66.00. The only way I knew that was because I called on the third day to see what’s up with the car. They never called to tell me the car was ready for pick up. Not even a mile down the road, the check engine light comes back on, so we took the car back. It took another 3 days and me making the phone call to inquire about my car. They said nothing was wrong with it when I called, but hadn’t done anything to fix it. I have Hum via Verizon that allows me to keep track of my child, plus this app does diagnostics but cannot clear the codes. I tried showing the guy what the app does but he wouldn’t hear it. He waved me off and left to do whatever. He accused me of clearing the codes. The app doesn’t do that. Besides, why would I clear codes if I want the car fixed? At that point I got upset and demanded the keys to the car. The girl that works there didn’t want to give me my keys unless I went outside. That wasn’t going to happen. She went home n the back to get my keys and proceeded to slam the door behind her. She was very condescending. They were very rude and extremely lousy at customer service. Never...

Replaced ball joints (oil pan, and other stuff) on my 04 jeep liberty and must've hit the differential when reassembling it and the toe was off. I couldve done ot and gotten it close, but took it over, dropped it off, (after seeing if they had time) picked it up a couple hrs later. It was SPOT ON! i am an insurance auto appraiser, used to be a body and frame guy til MY body couldnt take it anymore - day in and out. Price was fair (totally!!) Guys are friendly, and know what they are doing!! Am rebuilding a 77 grand prix and plan on taking my tires and rims back when the time comes. Trust them 100%...

I wouldn't even give them one star. They destroyed my SUV and still wanted me to pay for the repair that they were supposed to do. They called to tell me I could pick it up and asked how far I lived because it probably wouldn't make it home...it would need to be towed. I drove the SUV in there. It was completely drivable until they destroyed it! I saw on signs that they are part of the BBB. I went to file a report with the BBB AND ARE NOT...
