We started on the bar side for a drink and food before bowling with family. It was a customer who poured and served our drinks. The customer gave us better customer service than the bartender or her Manager. Later in the evening I struggled to get a drink bc the Manager was to busy scrolling on her phone standing right next to me. I was told it would be a second. We had to pack our balls and throw straight because the lanes are carrying the balls/curving way too much. Please oil your lanes and turn the air down more than 75 degrees. I will say that during my last experience here everything was just right. Not sure what happened the...
