Dollar General — Local services in North Judson

There is NOTHING worse than when you run to the store to grab something “you need quickly “ ,and then having to stand in a line for 20 minutes because there is only one cashier ,YET there are 3 visible employees either ringing out each other for the deals running that particular day ,OR standing around talking while looking at all the customers standing in line!! And that goes for both Wheafield locations! I understand that their are bad days,BUT this is normal for them I have witnessed this several times!! Ridiculously ridiculous! The bright side of all of this is that there’s a brand new Family Dollar that is about to open out here! Maybe then Dollar General wont take customers...

This DG is by far the nicest... cleanest... well stocked...well ran store i have ever seen out of about 23 stores that i have shopped at.They have produce....BEER.....and much more.Look out Stowers.....they stay open longer.....have better prices and are open on Sundays.The old DG was always out of the average usual items.Every time it seemed that i needed something.....they would be out....or you had to walk around giant stocking carts that are always in the way.To me it always looks dirty and dingy.Two of the very best things that happened in Wheatfield Indiana in the past few years.Liquor stores open on Sundays.....and this...

i used to enjoy this dollar general but now the service is awful. the employees are rude and careless and not helpful. there is a lack of training and motivation. i returned something my boyfriend had gotten me and they were so rude and talked about how inconvenient it was for them that i was returning it. then i was getting more things i needed afterward and i heard deb in the front still talking about how inconvenient it was for her that i returned something i didn’t like and that it was pointless. avoiding this dg at all costs...
