Basch's Moment In Time — Local services in North Olmsted

So I first want to say that I never have written a google review before but they really deserve to be recognized. At the end of June, my grandfather and closest thing I'll ever have to a father passed away. He served in the military and they did a three-volley salute at his funeral service. I wanted to keep the bullet forever as a necklace but didn't know where to get this service done, as it is uncommon. I googled jewelry stores near my home and a few popped up but Basch's really stuck out to me. Could have been because of the picture of their dog, Spencer who is such a kind soul, or because my grandpa guided me this way. Whatever it was, I had a strong gut feeling to check them out and they said they would give it a go! Mary had been through every step of the way with me, her and Norm calling me with updates and reassuring me that they knew what this item meant to me, as they have keepsakes from their parents. I never had a doubt in my mind to trust them. I picked up the necklace today and it is absolutely, stunningly beautiful. I try to hold back my emotions but I actually cried. The service I have received here is like no other place I have ever been to. They are very family and customer oriented. I only have positive things to say about them. I took my watch to them after it started running very slow. I probably waited a bit too long for service (very important to automatic watches). They took it in and gave me a quote (a bit more than I expected but you get what you pay for). I ok'd the work and about 3 weeks later (great turn around time) they called to come get my watch. I picked it up and paid the bill. The watch maker came out and gave me some advice (great customer service) and thanked me for the business. Well I have to say you're welcome because the watch has been running exceptionally well!!! It didnt run this well (accuracy wise) when I bought it new. They advised with any watch the first few weeks back from service it may run into issues. So far no issues its been great!!!...
