Terrible customer service. I brought my 2 meter ham radio over 9 days ago to have it installed in my new truck. I was told they would not be able to install it untill Aug 18 because of prior committments. When I called today to confirm my install, I was told they hadn't ordered the parts yet, and that would take another week. I asked when the install could be accomplished, and was told maybe the week after or mabe two weeks-not sure. This company does not seem to care about doing business with a retail client.
