Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Lake Park

When I stop in Charlie's it was very busy at the time and it was their grand opening of that store. There was a lot of people in line but the service was great I ordered the large Philly cheese steak and it was great. I used the $5 off coupon for downloading app on the grand opening and when I got there the general manager was talking to another customer because the cashier was telling that customer they were not accepting the coupons, yet online and being advertised they said there was a $5 coupon and there was. We'll make a long story general manager started talking and went ahead and gave the lady the $5 coupon and told her there was a deadline a couple days away said he would honor the coupon. Well I had the same coupon so I started talking to the general manager and I found that he was very professional very pleasant person and he honored a coupon and they're like I said the food was great and fast service was great even gave me a free soda in $5 off my tap. That's a good manager. Ask me if I go there again yes again and again. They have chicken as well as beef I went around the sitting there talked with other customers and they all said nothing but good and the food look great. I don't have any pictures but there are pictures on site very clean and convenient if you're shopping there...

After the cashier ask me did I want to make it a combo when really I just wanted the sandwich I gave in and brought the combo. The grace them a $5 tip thinking it’s a great gesture to being able to tip someone else for service. I order the chicken California and then went home to eat when I hit into sandwich the sandwich isn’t made right. They’re supposed to put ranch but instead I bit into mayo. That immediately disgusted me because I I don’t eat mayo and how do you confuse a sandwich I’m sure they have made 1000 of times with the wrong dressing????? I called the store number that’s posted online and no nobody has even answered me phone so that just made me even mad. I took a Uber to the Walmart so I don’t feel like running back up there again spending more cash to ride!!! I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK BECAUSE THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Horrible experienced. The sweet tea was very bland as if it’s the unsweetened tea . Not saying it needed to be extra sweet but damn it has no taste. Horrible please please check your food...

I placed an order for curbside service, when I arrived I checked in expecting my order to be delivered to my car within a few minutes. However, after waiting 20 minutes and no one came out, I called and no answer, so decided to go inside. My order was the only one sitting there, and 2 workers were inside preparing other orders. When I asked about the curbside delivery, I was told they don't speak English so that was no help. Also to make matters worse the soda machine had no ice, so I received a hot drink and cold food....
