Is been 2 months since I had my system installed . And I am happy , yet if I had to say something would be that from all the wires they took out they messed up my switch to be able to watch the dvd.. I had called and ask about it as they said that they didn’t saw any switch, yet I know where it was and at the moment I was so happy I didn’t bother in checking till after and I been looking for it and finally found it it was disconnected completely , so now I can’t watch the dvd.. not even on park . 😡 found it all pushed up. My wife got a quote for a stereo, 2 speakers, backup camera and the steering wheel control adapter for just shy of 800.00 after the stereo is installed she gets a call telling her she needs 4 speakers 2 tweeters because they have to match the speekers and a back up camera that will cost another 800. I did not appreciate the bate and switch. For 699.99 I can order a 13" android direct replacement designed for her vehicle. I believe in supporting our local shops it's just disappointing to se them take...

Dishonest practices. During the instillation the shop broke part of my vehicle, instead of fixing it or admitting to it they lied and said it was damaged when it was brought to them. I never make reviews, but the audacity of the owner to not correct a problem he created and not even admit fault is too much for me to not leave my experience. Go elsewhere, go to BestBuy, this place does not deserve...
