My boyfriend and I recently went to Precise Diamonds after reading all of their great reviews, and now I am another satisfied customer leaving them a review! First and foremost, Charlie and his wife are friendly, professional and personable. We went into their store with specific ideas in mind for a custom engagement ring and together we all brainstormed some ideas. Charlie designed and made a beautiful, unique engagement ring (including birthstones of our family members) with a matching wedding band. I actually love the wedding band so much that I’ve decided to wear it immediately on my right hand, and I’m going back so Charlie can make me another one to match the engagement ring!! Exceptional quality and craftsmanship combined with such genuinely nice people….you can’t go wrong with Precise Diamonds!!

Update: I originally wanted a two-tone ring set, but after picking up the yellow gold wedding band and the white gold engagement ring, I decided I preferred a matching set (both in white gold) so Charlie graciously made me another wedding band! To my pleasant surprise, it was ready in about a week! I am sooooo pleased with how beautifully both rings turned out. I am so excited for the official proposal!!

Update: Charlie and Christina have been wonderful! They have since cleaned some of my jewelry, fixed a bracelet, repaired broken earrings and also made a beautiful pendant for my mom for Mother’s Day: handmade out of white gold, including birthstones. They are always so welcoming and friendly. Charlie’s pieces are exquisite...

SOO HAPPY! A MILLION TIMES I WOULD RECOMMEND CHARLIE AND CHRISTINE... This was my first time here and I was nervous due to just moving to here from north. My engagement ring is 15 yrs old and and I brought my new wedding band wrap in to have them soldered. I never had my engagement ring serviced. (I know bad move on me). But Charlie examined my ring very thoroughly and said the prongs needed replaced and it was no problem to do. I was nervous cause this ring means a lot to me. He knows I was nervous and he really was patient and explained in detail everything that he was going to do. I also needed it sized and the guards on the wrap removed. Christine came out and was talking to me reassuring everything was going to be ok. She's amazing. Also, they went over the price with me and can't believe how responsible it was. Also they do the work right there so it does not have to be sent out. Which I loved!!!!! So I left them the rings and they called me THE NEXT DAY. I picked them up and OMG Guys..... I cried it was so beautiful... Blew me away with the work they did. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Christine and Charlie for making my dream wedding ring. It's so shiny and perfect!!!! And thank you for your craft and just being amazing...
