This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. I was hoping I could get some fabric for a personal project at home involving my couch. As I entered I was immediately asked if I needed assistance, I had brought a sample and asked the guy if he had such fabric for my couch project. He was kind enough to go take a look, although as soon as he went to the back he started shouting back and forth with another employee in Spanish saying "Do we have any green velvet around? It's a real ugly green like a Christmas green, yeah a real ugly one". Little did he know that I am actually trilingual, Spanish is one of those languages I am fluent in. When he came back with a fabric to show me he asked if that was it, in Spanish I said "No it isn't, but don't worry about it, I'm sure I can find that real ugly green color somewhere else, thanks". I was so excited when I first found this online had great reviews and it’s a local business, I called and talked to Jim and he said it would no problem to fix a tear on our couch and sent over photos to make sure he could match and actually do the work, he said he would be in touch and call us next day to make an appointment, next day came and nothing weeks went by and still nothing so I called again and apparently they have no record of the photos or conversation that happened via text, they apologized and said they would call me next day for an appointment and never to be heard from again. I can understand being busy but how many times do I need to call to get an estimate? Not even an appointment so unprofessional I will definitely not recommend this place, with zero stars was an option. Don’t waste your time you’ll never hear back must be rolling in money since they can’t return...

We just had the two captain's chairs in our RV reupholstered and Jim's Upholstery did a great job and at a very reasonable price. The even made some design modifications which made the chairs more attractive than they were before. I had discussed this with them prior to the work and had given them a photo of a captain's chair that we liked. For our job, they had a huge selection of fabrics. They were also very good about talking to me about what I wanted and details about the job They are busy, but had told me to plan on having the work done in January, and they did! So, it's worth the wait! I wouldn't hesitate to have them do any future reupholstering that we need to have...
