don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with the work Chuck and his team at Against the Grain did in my home office that I felt like I should say something. I’ve been through my fair share of home projects over the years, and this one really stood out. The quality is just top-notch — solid materials, clean lines, and a level of detail that shows real pride in the work.

Chuck built a custom standing desk that fits me just right, along with floating shelves and built-in cabinetry that totally changed the feel of the space. It’s modern, uncluttered, and has a really sharp, professional look — but still feels comfortable and personal. It’s honestly one of my favorite rooms in the house now.
