My son and i started a small lawn care business in Cleveland Ohio called - Knock Out Lawn Care In Cleveland- and heard of NRPE and wanted to check them out. We got there on a Sat as the last person (Joe) was walking out the door and locking up. His name was Joe Lally and Ive NEVER had such good customer care and curtasy shown to me as he did that day. Even though he was locking the door he decided to let us in and show us MANY things and talk to us about various pluses and minuses of various equipment. Not once did he try to push us to buy anything, he just took lots of time (his off time) to help us be more informed of our possibilities. He went WAAAAAY ABOVE AND BEYOND in showing us the pluses and minuses of various models that when the time is right and we actually have the money i WILL BE BACK. I took my RB 400 pressure washer for service,just standard maintenance oil change,spark plug and get ready for storage.Before I called other places but they busy I need wait 3-4 month just to get to the door.All other places give me price over the phone but NRPE can't tell me the price.I will give NRPE chance and I let you know outcome. Rare is the time these days that you can walk into a store and be greeted by not only friendly staff, but staff who are knowledgeable and not trying to upsell just for the sake of making more money. I went in to buy a Stihl saw and string trimmer -- and that's what I got. I was prepared to spend more for models that I thought I needed, but the salesman talked me out of a more expensive battery powered trimmer because it wouldn't work for trimming around all the trees I have, without many extra batteries.
