Trish was awesome and ever since she left or whatever happened that also caused half the teachers to leave, the place has been downhill! Cindi is a terrible business owner and only cares about the money coming in and is not in tune with what is going on in her facility. My son transitioned to the 18month room and as everyone knows children this age start having some behavioral issues like biting, pinching, pushing/pulling.. all normal. My son started out getting bit by other kids, then he actually started biting. So clearly learned it there. Instead of working with us to stop the biting, he was kicked out with no notice! All so they could leverage his spot for a full time student to move into the room, for more money! We had him broken of the biting habit within a week of it first being an issue, they just didn't get us time to correct. Brought it up on a Tuesday afternoon that it was an issue and by that Thursday morning I received a phone call saying he wasn't welcome back after THAT DAY!! Now we have no childcare for him due to all the daycares being full right now and lack of staffing. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Not professional, they don't care about the kids, owners just want the money that comes in. Your kids aren't well cared for as all their teachers are young, inexperienced, and have no clue how to handle situations. I wish I knew where Trish went, I would love to send my son to wherever she is now because she definitely knew what...
Read moreImagination station was a great experience for our son Logan. we took him there when he was 3 months old and from that time working with Jeanine and Lena were great with him. As new parents we were nervous of leaving our child but after the first day we felt comfortable. as he got older they kept us in the loop on his development and were extremely informative. they made you feel like family.
Makayla was the first person logan would see at the daycare as i had to drop him off early due to my work and she always greeted him and made the drop off process so easy.
Heather was his last teacher and she was Amazing as well. She really worked with him and she has that touch to deal with this age group ( 18month and older) that is hard to find. she is patient helps them to learn to use there words when they are upset and would teach them about sharing and how to treat friends.
All that being said this place makes you feel comfortable dropping your kid off knowing that they will be treated right and i will continue to recommend this...
Read moreI have used this daycare for years and would never change it. My oldest daughter who is now 11, started going there when she was in preschool and my youngest daughter who is 4 has been going there since she was about 6 weeks old. The owner, Miss. Cyndi is the absolute best. She has worked with me through everything from my son and my youngest daughter having behavioral issues to payments. She not only cares about the children but she cares about the parents which is incredibly hard to find. I also worked there for a short period of time and it was a great experience. I do encourage parents to take their children to this daycare. The teachers that my children have had are great, especially Miss. Hannah who is the pre k teacher. They are always trying to make things better instead of thinking, if it ain't broke don't fix it. They are always willing to learn new ways to help the children and...
