CVS — Local services in North Towanda Township

The pharmacy staff are very irresponsible ,how do you loose a script that has been called in ,I was there three differant times only to be told it had not been called in,no other follow up to see what could have happened,five differant employees behind the counter in the days to follow, and not one single person stepped up to do the job they were trained and paid to do,but finally one of them found it in the computer five days later with no explanation for me because she still could not find a hard copy,finally with a call back to my doctor he could finally cancel it so I could transfer it to another pharmacy that could honor my insurance because at the time I dropped it off to see if they could fill it there was no mention about insurance which most pharmacies ask you before they even...

Staff told me insulin is a first come first serve basis. What if I die because I dont have my life saving medications? It's been 3 days and insulin still out of stock. Prescriptions are never done on time and they dont have enough in stock. They always have to order order order my prescriptions because they are out of stock. They shouldn't be going all going on lunch break at the same time if they can't fill ALL prescription on time. They need to fix their attitude with the first come first serve basis because running out of insulin is not a laughing matter.

I love going to this place. I am elderly. I met Samantha, the manager in training. She talks too fast. She is nice but early in the morning I am not a morning person, but I love buying random stuff at CVS. Please talk slower. My brain cannot process things that quick especially when you talk too fast. She is attentive but seem to be quick on doing things without smiling or asking what a person needs. It seems like her voice is calling me out and putting me at a spotlight, which makes me embarrassed.
